Vehicle review inquiries
Gears & Gauges uses the name, email address, ZIP code, vehicle information, and optional location details you submit to evaluate your inquiry and respond about your vehicle. Submitting a request is not a purchase agreement or an enrollment in marketing texts.
Storage and notifications
Inquiry details are stored in the website’s WordPress inquiry inbox and emailed to the designated business administrator. Website hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. This form does not accept file uploads.
Sensitive information
Do not submit bank details, wire instructions, identity documents, titles, or unrelated personal information through the inquiry form or FAQ chat.
Questions and requests
Use the vehicle review form to request a correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question. Requests are subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
VIN lookup
When you choose Decode VIN, the VIN is sent directly from your browser to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s public vPIC service. Review returned details for accuracy and enter missing information manually.
FAQ chat
The automated FAQ chat runs in your browser. It does not send conversations to a live agent or save chat messages on our server. Reloading the page clears the chat.
